Modular design

IMA Water treatment plants are completely assembled in our facilities on the basis of specific analytics. Modular water treatment plants are drinking water treatment systems designed in a compact format, where all the electrical and hydraulic equipment is permanently installed on a closed custom steel frame. In this way these plants can be shipped anywhere in the world ready to operate in a few hours without the need for complex projects at destination and providing drinking water with a minimum investment.

The treatment capacity can reach turbidity, SS, viruses, bacteria, pH, conductivity, salts, organic matter, disolved metals, fluorides, chlorates, deodorization, discoloration...

Installation & Operation

Our plants include hydraulic and electrical connections, reducing the start-up works at destination, being ready to work in a minimum of time. Minimal maintenance, with the possibility of complete automation with continuous parameter monitoring. The plant adapts to the customer's scenario without modification of the pre-existing dynamics.

IMA Water purification plants are manufactured in customised containers, adapting to any type of existing water. The containers are shipped to their destination with the water purification plant installed inside, making the installation mobile so that it can be installed anywhere in the world without the need for civil works.

The main objective of this assembly is the installation of the water purification plant at destination in a simple and at the same time durable way that allows a long useful life of the installation. For this purpose, all electrical and hydraulic connections of the water purification system are carried out in a machined and adapted container with these permanently inside.

This type of system has significant advantages over conventional water purification systems:

• The drinking water treatment plant does not require any type of building or room for its protection, and can be installed without civil works or complex works at the destination.
• As all the equipment is installed inside, it can be moved to another part of the installation if necessary.
• They are made to measure and adapted to each type of water and its parameters, including filtration, reverse osmosis and decantation technologies.
• They can be installed within a few hours of arrival at their destination, ready to be connected to the existing outlets in the installation.

Our technical team prepares the container with electrical lighting, ventilation, floors and mechanised parts to install the water treatment plant inside it permanently (it can be extracted with our rack models).
